Abū Ruqayyah Tamīm ibn Aws al-Dārī radiyAllāhu Anhu has narrated that RasūlAllāh ﷺ has said:
“Religion is good counsel.”
And we asked: “[Counsel] for whom?”
He replied: “[Counsel] for Allāh, for His Book, for His Messenger, for the leaders of Muslims, and their commonfolk.”
