Will the Use of Injection while Fasting nullify the fast?

Query 27:

Huzoor Mufti-e-Azam Hind RadiyAllahu Anhu was asked about the use of injection when one if fasting. Concerning this, he gave the following verdict

The Verdict:

Whether the injection is given in the flesh or in the vein, it will not invalidate the fast as the medicine in it does not in any way reach the stomach. This is the same as cold water entering the pores when one is taking bath and this sometimes reaches the stomach, but this does not breaks the fast. واللہ تعالیٰ اعلم
