Date of construction of Pyramids

The Query:

A‘lā-Hadrat Imam Ahmad Rida رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ was posed a question about the Pyramids. When  was its foundation laid; and who had constructed it?

Scientific Research:

This is such a complex question that even the leading archaeologists of the world have spent years with their modern equipment to establish its year of construction. This is such an awesome building that it was declared a Wonder of the world. Egyptologists believe that the pyramid was constructed as a tomb for the Egyptian Dynasty (Pharaoh Khufu, often Hellenized as 'Cheops'); and was constructed over a 20-year period. Khufu's vizier, Hemiunu (also called Hemon) is believed to be the architect by some pertaining to the Great Pyramid. Some say that the Pharaohs constructed it; whilst others state that Pharaohs had inherited it from an ancient civilization. The great Sphinx of Egypt is at least 2500 to 4500 years older than which is originally believed, which collaborates with a new study conducted by the geologist of the Boston University. A researeh team led by Robert M. Schoch concludes that an ancient civilization carved the Sphinx between 5000 and 7000 BC, university officials said. This discovery shall classify the Sphinx as the oldest monument in Egypt [1]. Some Archaeologists believe Egypt's large pyramids are the work of the ancient Kingdom society, which had gained prominence after 3000 B.C in the Nile Valley. Historical appraisals reveal that the Egyptians built the Giza Pyramids within a time span of 85 years, i.e. between 2589 and 2504 BC. For years, Egyptologists and archaeologists have thought the Great Sphinx of Giza to be about 4500 years old, dating to around 2500 B.C. However, some recent studies have suggested that the Sphinx was built as long ago 7000 B.C. However, to this day, they have failed to establish; when and who had built the Pyramids. This still remains a myth to the western world as their estimation are based on assumptions, and not reality.

The Response of A‘lā-Hadrat:

Since Almighty Allāh blessed the great Mujaddid of Islam, Imam Ahmad Rida رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ with Direct Knowledge (Ilm al-Ma‘arifah), he instantly solved this mystery with his mastery in Astronomy. Henceforth, he replied:

These buildings were constructed about 14,000 years before the appearance of Sayyiduna Adam عليه الصلاة والسلام. It was the 1st of Rajab, when Almighty Allah sent the storm on the Ummah of Nabi Nuh عليه الصلاة والسلام. It was raining from the skies as well as water was bubbling out of the earth. By the Commandment of Almighty Allah Nabi Nuh عليه الصلاة والسلام built the Ark (ship); which began floating on the 10th of Rajab. There were 80 people aboard this Ark, including two Prophets, one being Nabi Nuh عليه الصلاة والسلام and the other, the body of Nabi Adam عليه الصلاة والسلام. The females were placed on one ide of the Ark, while the males were confined to the other side. The water level of the global storm had risen to 30 yards (+- 27.6 meters, 90 feet) above the highest mountain peak on earth [2] (this equals to 29,029 + 90 = 29,119 feet - 8875.4712 meters). The storm had subsided after 6 months and on the 10th Muharram (Youm al-Ashura) this sanctified ship safely stopped on the peak of the Jodi Mountain. Everyone disembarked; and inhabited the first city which was named Souq al-Thama'nin (سوق الثمانين). This settlement was near Mount Nihawand, which was adjacent to the city of Mosul (now Iraq). All that survived this global storm were buildings shaped like domes or minarets (pyramids). Nothing else, with the exception of these structures had existed on earth after the global storm.

Amir al-Mu‘minin Sayyiduna ‘Ali al-Murtadah رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ commented about these very minarets when he promulgated:

بُنِىَ الهِرْمَانِ النَّسْرُ فِي سَرَطَانَ

The pyramids were erected when the Nasr star had entered the Cancer constellation. [3]

Nasr is the name of two stars, one Altair (الطائر) [4] and the other Vega (واقع). When Nasr is mentioned in Astronomy it generally refers to the Vega star. At the entrance of this building there is a figure of a bird [5] holding a crab in its claw. This refers to the actual date of its construction. If one understands these signs, one would then be in a position to decipher the exact date of its construction. This means that the building was constructed when the Vega star moved into the Cancer constellation. If one calculates this, one shall attain 12,640 years 8.5 months, because a star takes 64 years 7 months, and 27 days (Lunar) to travel one degree. Now, the Vega star is in the Capricon constellation, which comprises 16 degrees. Hence, from the time of construction, to present date, the Vega star has travelled via more than 6 stations, and comprises 15.5 degrees. As such it is revealed that the construction commenced some 5750 years before the creation of Nabi Adam عليه الصلاة والسلام. Nabi Adam عليه الصلاة والسلام had appeared on earth more than 7000 years ago. This construction was certainly the work of the Jinns who had already inhabited the earth 60,000 years before the physical appearance of Nabi Adam عليه الصلاة والسلام.  [6]

Other interferometric studies with muliple telescopes, operating in the infrared have imaged and confirmed this phenomenon. The traditional name Altair has been used since medieval times. It is an abbreviation of the Arabic phrase (النسر الطائر) An-nasr Al-ta'ir "the flying eagle" See Wikipedia.
Vega (α Lyr, α Lyrae, Alpha Lyrae) is the brightest star in the constellation Lyra, the fith brighe star in the night sky and the second brightest star in the northern celestial hemisphere, after Arcturus is a relatively close star at only 25 light year from Earth, and, together with Arcturus and Sirius one of the most luminous stars in the Sun's neighborhood.
